Our research arm, RnDynamos Labs, builds physical AI for manufacturing — robots, sensors, and AI workflows, developed and deployed from our lab in Noida. It's where the intelligence in our machines comes from.
What the lab builds
The lab exists to replace manual factory-floor work with robotics and digitalisation — serving auto components, electronics, FMCG, and plastics manufacturers.
Robotics
A six-axis BCN3D Moveo arm with custom firmware and vision integration for pick-and-place, assembly, and painting, plus a SCARA arm tuned for high-speed circuit board assembly and kitting.
FactoryBrainAI
IoT sensor installation paired with AI dashboards that give real-time factory visibility over WhatsApp and web, with OEE tracking and shift reports. This is the monitoring layer that ships with every Automechnica machine.
AI voice agents
Custom conversational AI working in Hindi and English for handling calls and booking appointments.
Rapid prototyping
FDM and resin 3D printing for prototypes, jigs, and custom parts, with 24–48 hour turnaround.
